Genetic Correlation and Path Analysis of Yield and Agronomic Characteristics of Maize Hybrids in SPSS Software

摘要:

以黑龙江省农业科学院玉米研究所自育的74个玉米杂交材料为研究对象,运用SPSS 18.0对玉米杂交种产量与主要农艺性状中的生育期、株高、穗位、穗长、穗粗、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、粒宽、粒厚、百粒重、容重、出子率关系进行逐步回归分析和通径分析,计算主要农艺性状对杂交种产量的决策系数。结果表明,出子率、百粒重、生育期、穗长和穗行数是影响玉米产量的主要正因素。

Abstract:

The agronomic characteristics are the main factors of maize yield components, the study of the relationship between the agronomic characteristics factors and maize yield can help to enhance the maize yield. The effects of agronomic characteristics factors such as growth period, plant height, ear height, ear length, ear diameter, bald length, rows per ear, grains per row, grain width, grain thickness, 100-grain weight, unit weight, produced grain rate were studied using stepwise regression analysis and path analysis to obtain decision coefficients between the agronomic characteristics and the yields of maize hybrids. The results indicated that the main positive factors affecting the yields of maize hybrids were produced grain rate, 100-grain weight, growth period, ear length, and rows per ear.
