Effects of Bacterial Manure and Nitrogen and Phosphorus Fertilizer Combination on Drought Resistance Physiological Indexes and Yield of Potato under Plastic-Mulching

Abstract:

A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of mixed application of bacterial manure with nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers on drought resistance physiological indexes and yield of potato under the condition of covering plastic film using Kexin 1 as the experimental cultivar. Results showed that bacterial manure could improve rhizosphere soil moisture content and root activity, but decrease the content of MDA and Pro, and activities of SOD and POD. T1(urea 37.5kg/hm 2+diammonium phosphate 225kg/hm 2+bacterial manure 750kg/hm 2) was the best treatment which increased yield by 21.05% than CK (urea 37.5kg/hm 2+diammonium phosphate 225kg/hm 2). Mixed application of bacterial manure and nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers could alleviate the impact of the drought on potato growth and development, improve tuber yield and economic benefit.
