Effects of Bacterial and Compound Fertilizer Combination on Yield and Quality of Rehmannia glutinosa

Abstract:

In order to investigate the effects of three combinations of bacterial fertilizer and compound fertilizer on yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa. The yield,catalpoland verbascoside content were determined by orthogonal experiment design. Comprehensive evaluation was carried out by way of variation coefficient weight, and the best combination was selected according to the method of intuitive analysis. Experimental treatment 6 (GG22 12.5g/m2+GB43 25g/m2+CB25 2.5g/m2+compound fertilizer 25g/m2) was better, and the yield increased by 15.97% compared with the control group (Stanley compound fertilizer use 59.97g/m2);The content of verbascoside was the same, the content of catalpol increased by 3.40% and the dosage of compound fertilizer decreased by 58.31%.The combined application of bacterial fertilizer and compound fertilizer can reduce costs,improve yield and quality, and is suitable for field application.
